Hotel is nice, clean and inviting. They only have valet parking at $40 per day. Streets parking is a two hour minimum. We found a parking garage around the corner that that has a lot right across the street from the hotel. They were half the price at $20 per day and you pay in full for the duration of your stay. No real restaurant in the hotel. There is a Bistro in main lobby that is okay for a quick something and only Starbucks coffee. So plan on eating out everyday. Plenty of places to choose from.

Great location for a walking visit in Old Port part of Portland. The hotel is very customer friendly and helpful. Service is excellent. Rooms are large with a nice bathroom shower. Our room even had 2 king beds, prefect for our stay.

Cannot say enough great things about this hotel. We checked in and Bailey immediately was able to adjust our room price per night because it had gone down since we booked. This was without us even asking. We also had several questions about the area and Bailey was SO helpful. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, great location. We will definitely stay again when back in Portland.

It is a clean, safe hotel at the edge of the old port. The staff really set this place apart from the other hotels in the area. Everyone was above and beyond friendly and helpful.

I have never had better hotel front desk service in my life (and I travel often.) Our family had a last minute Airbnb safety issue and looked for last minute accommodation. Bailey at the front desk was more than friendly, so helpful and really went the extra mile to ensure we could stay in Portland. Room was giant, updated and truly one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in! Right on the habor, walkable to everything. Front desk gave us 10/10 food recommendations that were earnest and so good!! Many thanks to the staff who saved our vacation. We are never staying anywhere else when we come back to Portland, ME

I decided on this hotel after looking over the reviews. Most of the complaints were about the valet parking. Since I wasn't driving I figured it would be fine. It's very close to the wharf but still far enough to warrant lower rates. It's not the cleanest hotel. Spots on the head board and dropped something behind the drawers and found an old sock. The shuttle service was great. It came quickly, about 15-20 min. We even scheduled for the return to the airport no problem. Drivers nice and friendly. The hotel amenities were great. They have a gym that doesn't just have some dumbbells. It also had a great water purifier where I filled up my water bottle constantly. It has a very small pool. Good enough for small children. A nice cafe in the lobby and a small hotel market next to check-in. No problems with WiFi or the electronics. There is a safe and very small refrigerator in the room. Also, a coffee machine but nothing to make tea. The only weird thing is the room had a lot of outlets I couldn't get to work. They had white ones and black ones. No problem with the black ones only the white ones. I would recommend.

Stayed the night there, they had good rollaways, but the pool heater was broken. People there were nice but rooms could be better

This hotel is in the perfect spot—right downtown, steps away from great restaurants, cute shops, and the piers. The inside is just as beautiful, with a cozy sitting area and a great bar. Bailey was absolutely amazing—so friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. You can tell the hotel is well-managed. Our room had a gorgeous water view and was modern and updated. Bonus: they have onsite self-service laundry, which was super convenient. We’ll definitely be back!
